The Somali Women and Children Community Development Group (SWACO) is a registered charity (No. 1141974) based in Southampton. Serving the community since 2011, we work with Somali families and other groups in the city who need advice, education and a stronger sense of belonging in the wider community.
We support children and young people, and people of a particular ethnic or racial origin, by providing services, human resources, and advocacy, advice and information — from relieving poverty to advancing education and improving everyday social welfare.
